The Programme

Shifting mindsets from 'Me' to 'Them'

This programme delivers empathic communication; the soft skills that create understanding between people.It's an intensive introduction to foundational coaching techniques that foster mature working relationships.The workshops are bookended by individual coaching sessions with the participants.The workshops teach and test the techniques, through the prism of the individual's desired outcome.Practical applications are emphasised to ensure immediate and lasting impact.The result is more confident, respectful and self aware communicators who are at ease in serving others.

Each participant is coached before and after the programme.The first coaching session defines a clear intention, based on real life scenarios, for how they wish to engage with the workshops.The second session reviews their growth and invites new possibilities of being, both within the workplace and beyond.

The workshops

teach - practice - review

The workshops last 4 hours with a 20 minute break and take place in a private space.Participants learn, test and review the core skills for holding coaching conversations.We workshop practical scenarios, using real life examples of how to offer, initiate and hold conversations that both provide clarity on the issue and provide ways forward.It's a person-centred approach that cuts through politics and personal agendas. This training builds trust between people.

What is discussed in the space, stays in the space.This is the ethical foundation for all coaching conversations.Good relationships are built on trust, which comes from creating agreements.I contract with both the organisation and the participants. The participants contract with one another.This trust allows access the deeper, more meaningful conversations that create inner change.The workshops are a device-free space.
